Pricing Structure
FTE is a Dedicated Resource Model, under which we assign dedicated resources for our client, who works exclusively for them. Under FTE Model, for each dedicated resource, we charge a fixed price on a monthly basis. This model is quite easy to understand and implement. This model is suitable for those who expect a steady flow of work and can reasonably forecast future volumes. This model is just like having your own employee, but with reduced employee costs.
Affordable Solution
Under Job-to-Job basis, we charge our client separately for each Job they assign. In this model, our client is not bound to pay for the slack months. This model is suitable when there is fluctuation in volume of work over the period of time. Under this model, an entire organisation will be responsible for the project allocated by the client, instead of a single employee being responsible. There will always be a spare person available so that in any case, client’s allocated project is completed within budgeted timeline.
Pricing Structure
Under the Fixed Project Model, we charge a one-time fixed fee for clearly defined projects or deliverables. This model is ideal for clients with specific tasks like year-end bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, or audits, where the scope and timeline are well-defined. Clients benefit from predictable costs and efficient delivery without worrying about ongoing commitments.
